  First visit: Lots is done this visit and none of it involves cleaning or fixing. Pictures, x-rays, pictures, consultation of your wants and needs and more pictures. They do cancer screening and everything. Yes it is a bit pricey but honestly it is totally worth it. (Part timer here so I know cost).

  My favourite dentist in Waterloo and I've tried 4. Everyone here is so awesome and nice. Procedures are quick and painless and everything is extremely clean. Would recommend to everyone

  Second visit: No matter what you are there for the second visit you get the results of the first visit and you choose how to proceed. You leave with a folder of all that was discussed and any estimates you ask for. The lady that does the consultation is very knowledge and helpful.

  Staff: My dentist is Tim Sellner and to be honest, he is the best ever! He fixed what others messed up, talks to you and explains everything, answers all my questions and does excellent work. The ladies at the front desk greet you by name and are engaging They call you the next day to check up on you and will even call to inform you of construction issues near the area. The lady who does the cleaning is friendly, engaging, explains what she is doing and answers all questions. She is very good at her job and gives you products for your health not just gentle ones. There is one staff person I do not really enjoy as I get jabbed a lot when she does her job but they only lose .2 stars for that.

  This is by far the best Dentist office I have ever been to. The entire staff are awesome, friendly and take the time to explain every detail. Dr. Tim Sellner can put at ease even the most nervous people.
