Great Midas location. I find the franchise to be hit and miss but this is in my top two locations for sure. The mechanics and front staff are honest and won't overcharge you or do unnecessary work.

These clowns are a joke, this is a post for MIDAS ON HIGHLAND RD, KITCHENER ...I brought in my 2004 caravan I bought for $400, needed a safety, they told me return it to the seller its junk, and quoted a ridiculous price, of around $2400 to fix it,, I laughed and told them I can get this certified for much cheaper, my regular mechanic certified the van for $500 , this is the absoulute truth, $900 total cost to certify the van. the van ran great for 5 years , only needed basic brakes and a few other minor repairs over 5 years, a awesome deal for $900, what in the hell were those idiots at midas thinking, just trying to waste peoples time, MIDAS SUCKS,

I went for tire balancing because of some vibrations, they made it really worse. I went back, they blamed it on a loose balljoint (which was obviously there before I went)... I have no idea how the balancing could make it worse unless they messed something up.
