  This is definitely a place that is more family oriented than business-like. Ted and Adam are amazing and super chill. Our front bumper was about to fall off before we had to go out of town and they went out of their way to help us as they were genuinely concerned for our safety. They know their stuff and they give great advice if you're on a lower budget. I would love to get my next car from here!

  I have contacted them a few times looking for a car, by email asking for information and they never got back to me. I walked in and my experience has not been good at all. Nice people but I doubt about their Customer Service and Sales skills. If a prospect is not given enough time trying to help him/her to find the car he/she wants to buy, how does a customer know they would give him/her the service require in case a warranty claim arises?. I would NOT recommend my friends to go to this place for now. Maybe so many people have had a great experience with them, I"m pretty sure so many have not had a good experience at Carimex.

  At Carimex my purchase of a used vehicle was very easy and stress free. They were also very patient when it came to me inspecting the vehicle thoroughly. Highly recommend visiting if you are in the market for a good car for a good price.
