  All in all between it and the Starbucks inside it I'd definitely recommend seeing what they have if you are a reader.

  The staff varies from quite friendly and talkative to seemingly indifference to customers.

  The took away the crayon table, train table, the seats for kids. We always read the kids books and buy what I find better for my kids. Now we have to seat on the floor to check the books before buying them. Kids were so excited to go there before all changes. They use the space to sell other items atm.

  A reasonable selection of books with a vastly wider selection online available for order. The store seems a little spread out which gives plenty of space to move without having to squish around other customers.

  I love chapters. It is one of my family's favourite places to visit. This chapters has a great kids area with all kinds of toys and activities.

  My experience here was excellent! The staff are friendly and helpful but not intrusive and they do not persistently ask if you need help, normally you get asked once the most you are asked is twice at this store. I have never had an ill experience at this store, I.e. no mistreatment from staff, the store is always clean, etc. All in all it is one of my favorite places to visit!
